Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of medicals devices, renowned for producing tight-tolerance, precision medical components through cutting-edge extrusion and molding processes. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Establish a standardized operation process of the production line through capacity analysis, continuously improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and solve abnormal problems in production.
- Set standard working hours and production capacity, monitor and analyze Production daily data, identify various wastes in time and develop improvement measures.
- Implement improvement proposal for Production department and continuously improve production level through brainstorming.
- Promote and execute Good Manufacturing Practices & WSH in Production.
- Complete all tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree major in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics or Automation are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing. Engineering degree major in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial/Mechatronics or Automation is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application. Has clear understanding of what is ISO system.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work under pressure and strong execution skills.
- Plan, monitor and review Production efficiency weekly.
