(Senior) Partnership Development Representative

As a Partnership Development Representative at PeopleWise Vietnam, you will play a key role in expanding our client base through strategic partnerships. Your main responsibility will be to identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and provide business insights that enable our Leaders and Account Managers to recruit the right talent for the right positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Client Prospecting: Actively identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our Executive Search services/Staffing/HR Consulting Services. Introduce and promote PeopleWise offerings to these prospects.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and economic developments to identify high-potential industries and new growth opportunities.
• Contract Negotiation: Participate in client meetings with PeopleWise Leaders or Account Managers to discuss service benefits and negotiate contracts.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions (both online and offline) to expand your professional network and generate leads.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PeopleWise team to coordinate outreach efforts and strategic client engagement.
• Business Consulting: Provide feedback and consultative insights to leadership on market trends and business opportunities to enhance our services, products, and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• At least from 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of local, regional, and Asia-Pacific labor markets, including associated recruitment challenges.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with a winning spirit.
• Problem-solving mindset, especially in engaging with C-suite executives as strategic partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Capable of addressing complex issues through thorough investigation and analysis.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate with executive leadership.
• Highly collaborative team player with a strong sense of commitment.
