HR Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Our strategic partner is a subsidiary of a leading multinational company in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry, specializing in the electric automobiles sector. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Administrative:

• Book hotels, flights, assist with visa applications and work permits for foreign employees.
• Purchase office supplies, manage company vehicles, and maintain contracts, records and company assets.
• Track and finalize office expenses.
• Organize internal events: teambuilding, birthdays, year-end parties.
• Interpret and translate as needed, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Human Resources:

• Manage timekeeping, payroll and bonus calculations.
• Handle employee insurance procedures.
• Update employee information within the HR system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or Foreign Language.
• Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is mandatory. English proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience and strong proficiency in talent acquisition or C&B is mandatory
• Proactive, honest, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
