HR Manager

Our strategic partner is a professional manufacturer of international products such as shoe soles, sandals, sports equipment and more. The company is currently expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is looking to recruit personnel for several key positions.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities 工作内容

• Develop and implement HR systems for recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, labor relations in compliance with Vietnamese law. 搭建符合越南法规的招聘、薪酬、绩效、员工关系管理体系
• Lead recruitment for all positions. 主导公司各岗位招聘
• Resolve labor disputes and prevent risks (such as strikes, social insurance audits, etc). 处理劳资纠纷，规避用工风险（如罢工、社保稽查等）
• Coordinate and communicate with external government agencies regarding safety, environment and labor matters. 外部政务部门的沟通协调，如安全/环保/劳工
• Design cross-cultural management solutions and coordinate collaboration between Chinese and Vietnamese teams. 设计跨文化管理方案，协调中越团队协作

Job Requirements 维度

• Education: College degree or higher in Human Resources, Management or a related field. 学历：人力资源、管理学专科及以上。
• Experience: 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role. Candidates from the manufacturing industry are preferred. 经验：5年以上HR全模块经验，3年以上管理岗，制造业背景优先
• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese (native), fluent in Chinese. 语言：越南语母语，中文精通。
• Proficient in Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance policies and labor risk prevention measures. 精通越南劳动法、社保政策及用工风险规避
• Familiar with local recruitment channels (JobStreet, VietnamWorks, etc). 熟悉当地招聘渠道（JobStreet、VietnamWorks等）。
• Ability to build and refine KPI systems. 能独立建设和完善绩效考核方案
• Cross-culturally sensitive, skilled in coordinating between expatriate and local teams. 跨文化敏感度高，擅长外资与本地团队协调。
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic start-up factory environment. 抗压能力强，适应初创工厂快速变化。
• Problem-solving mindset, adept at handling labor relations conflicts. 问题解决导向，擅长员工关系纠纷处理。
