Head of QA

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Platform Management and Compliance:

• Operate company systems and platforms proficiently to implement ad filtering and blocking functionalities based on client specifications.
• Monitor and audit ad placements to ensure alignment with partner policies and guidelines, collaborating with relevant teams to adjust settings and preempt partner complaints.
• Engage with advertising partners to uphold ad quality standards and settings, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

• Lead the QA team, overseeing daily operations and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize ad management workflows for enhanced efficiency.

Support and Additional Responsibilities:

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager, contributing to overall team success and attainment of company goals

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Advertising, QA, or related fields, demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge.
• At least 2 years of management experience, with a proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
• Proficiency in operating systems, web platforms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL databases.
• Strong command of standard office software and applications, including email, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.
