General Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior-level clients, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance their business outcomes.
    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of media solutions and technologies to advise clients effectively on achieving their business growth objectives.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive revenue expansion across both new and established client bases.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead initiatives that integrate sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and drive mutual success.
    • Direct and oversee departmental staff to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Implement rigorous training programs for internal teams and external partners to enhance expertise and drive performance excellence.
  • Strategic Planning and Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Board of Directors on business performance metrics, strategic partnerships, and market insights.
    • Develop and execute dynamic strategies aimed at achieving growth and profitability targets for our business operations.
    • Nurture and optimize relationships with current partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Business Development and Innovation:
    • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and development of joint initiatives that drive value for both parties.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across client engagement strategies and operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles, preferably in the media, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages.
