Senior Account Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge and Tool Utilization: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and partner tools to effectively support advertising initiatives.
  • Advertising Inventory Management: Lead a team in preparing advertising tags and managing advertising inventory to optimize sales opportunities with partners.
  • Campaign Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate closely with advertising partners to execute campaigns, ensuring optimal setup for ad quality and performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual success.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise effectively with technical and sales departments to coordinate campaign operations and address partner needs.
  • Departmental Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the account management department, including team leadership, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers, aligning activities with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete assigned tasks, including preparing reports and contributing to strategic initiatives as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; additional qualifications in Advertising or Sales are advantageous.
  • Proven experience at least 5 years of expeirence in account management within the advertising industry, demonstrating success in client relationship management and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad tags, inventory management, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with partners.
  • Effective leadership abilities with experience in team management and performance oversight.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.
