Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager with strong experience in the manufacturing industry. To support continued growth, they are seeking a strong Finance Manager to strengthen financial governance and operational performance.

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports, budget variance analysis, and financial insights for management
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and propose cost optimization initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and SOPs across factories
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on financial planning, investment analysis, and business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance & accounting team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (ACCA or equivalent is an advantage)
• Minimum 8–10 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industr
• Solid experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and tax compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
• Good command of English (working level or above)
