Senior Human Resources – Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This role plays a critical part in driving talent acquisition, training & development, and aligning people initiatives with business strategy to support sustainable organizational growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people strategies aligned with the annual workforce plan and overall business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and build high-quality talent pipelines to support both current operations and future expansion needs.
  • Partner closely with Production and Operations teams to drive performance management processes and ensure alignment between business outcomes and HR priorities.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning, with a focus on leadership, middle management, and critical roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and optimize organizational structures, identify capability gaps, and implement effective talent acquisition, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Provide trusted counsel and expert guidance to leaders on complex employee relations matters, performance challenges, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle, enhancing employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments on workforce planning, budgeting, organizational effectiveness, and culture development initiatives.
  • Champion change management efforts and support leaders in driving organizational transformation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition, training & development, and HR business partnering.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
