Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Job Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspect of RSS (Resource & Share services) annual plan, operation plan:
- Manage Capital usage: As a member of the strategic management team, will be responsible for establishing policies and procedure and operating mechanism that will ensure effective investment, management of capital investment, effective utilization of capital and added to shareholder value. Organize to implement these policies and system related to finance
- Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budget system of the company.
- Assessing operational efficiency and the effectiveness of production and identifying accountability for profit variance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain smooth operations and timely settlements.
- Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Optimize working capital management to support business efficiency.
- Establish setting of standard labor and overhead rates, standards review and monitor variances against standard
- Oversee all bookkeeping operations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Establish and enforce financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review account breakdowns regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial statements and reports.
Provide financial information to stakeholder and advice BUs Head and the Board of Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and external reporting requirements
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets and reputation.
- Together with the Project team, analyzing possibility of investment project as basis for investment decision.
- Work closely with BU leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Overall control of the company and it’s subsidiary and it’s invested company accounting function:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Actively be involved in setting and managing the Strategy of the Company, then download to the action plan to department under division including formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board of members
- Analysis information from all divisions of company operation in order to identify most optimized way to use cost. Coordinate with related parties to implement these initiative after they are approved
Set up and manage Finance division, ensuring effectiveness of the division:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the bookkeeping and reporting teams to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Provide training and developing staff with the objective of improving the productivity of the division
- Review, edit and issue policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure adequate basis for operation.
- Supervise and control employee performance to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations
Job Requirements
- University degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field, MBA, ACCA, CPA, CMA Certificate or equivalent Accounting Professional Organization is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with leadership roles in shared services or multinational organizations
- Ability to apply analytical skills and interpret information gathered from a variety of sources.
- Understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles and management processes to achieve results in a changing environment.
- Strong management skill
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Strong expertise in financial control, account breakdown reviews, payables, receivables, and cash flow management.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
