Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital and e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
In charge of social media (Facebook and Tiktok) content, including: Creation of engaging digital content (videos, graphics, posts); Optimization of Social Media Ads and Strategy to drive engagement.
In charge of E-commerce (Shopee) activities for the brand, to ensure a healthy sales growth and brand apperance across the platforms
Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing Executive to achieve team goals.
Ensure alignment and collaboration with the broader marketing team and sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in digital and E-commerce marketing tools (Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Zalo Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in managing successful digital and e-commerce campaigns.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetic industry is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems is a plus.
