Job Responsibilities

E-commerce (Shopee): Execute sales and Marketing campaigns on e-commerce platform (Shopee), under the guidance of Digital Marketing Manager to ensure ROI; Maintain a healthy brand appearance on Shopee
Content Creation and Management: Curate and publish engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social medias and email marketing
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms, focusing on Facebook and Tiktok, to drive engagement and reach.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI; use analytics to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals and marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and E-commerce, ideally within the medical, healthcare, or beauty industry.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms with a focus on Shopee; and Social media platforms, with a focus on Tiktok.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to create visually appealing digital content.
Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive digital marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
A proactive individual who can work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
