Concept Design Lead (Interior Fit-out)

Our strategic partner is a member of a well-established group, operating in the interior design consultancy sector, with a focus on residential developments including villas, townhouses, and beauty and spa chains. The company is currently undergoing a strong expansion phase, supported by a solid financial foundation to further scale its operations.

Job Responsibilities 

• Act as the main point of contact with clients to identify and clearly understand their needs and insights
• Ensure all design ideas are developed based on client requirements 

     Develop interior design concepts: 

• Build overall spatial concepts including layout, color schemes, materials, and lighting
• Create engaging spatial experiences
• Ensure concepts are clear, consistent, and feasible for execution 

     Implement 3D design development: 

• Collaborate with the 3D team to produce design visuals
• Ensure outputs align with the concept and deliver strong visual impact
• Present and defend design ideas to clients 

     Coordinate project execution: 

• Work with technical teams to ensure feasibility of fit-out implementation
• Support the sales team during the deal closing process. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-5 years of experience in interior design (fit-out, retail, clinic, F&B, villa, etc.)
• Experience working directly with clients and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior concepts and 3D designs
• Strong conceptual thinking and clear communication skills
• Good understanding of materials and interior construction
