Our strategic partner, with operational hubs in Singapore, specializes in crafting flavors and fragrances tailored for the dynamic food and beverage sector. Currently, we are seeking a proficient Sales Manager to oversee our Flavor & Fragrance division in Singapore, driving our sales and marketing initiatives across Southeast Asian territories, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and business development activities targeting both dealer markets and direct food manufacturers.
- Ensure consistent communication with all customers within the market area to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to seize business opportunities.
- Generate customer demand by understanding their technological and commercial flavor needs, and relay them to the technical department for solutions.
- Conduct research on regional market trends and insights.
- Analyze and address customer demands and requirements to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain comprehensive records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Demonstrate adherence to company values, ethics, and standards through exemplary conduct.
- Monitor clients’ business initiatives and future plans, assessing their impact on business operations.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Food Flavors or Fragrances sector.
- Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology, Business Administration, Business Management, or Sales & Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in sales.
- Proficient in English.
