Our partner is an IT branch in Vietnam of a Multinational Company in the building, civil works, energy and services industry, specializing in: Software Development and Testing, System Support, Application and Cross Functional Project Support.
Location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Working time: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle support tickets by engaging with users to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues.
- Document new knowledge and best practices, organize them in a dedicated library, and share with the team.
- Assist in updating new business applications and features, create documentation, and train users on updates. Promtly communicate with users and report critical, recurring problems to leadership.
- Ensure service quality through user surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Analyze system data to generate technical and business reports that highlight the team’s contributions and share it with managers, leaders and FR/MR team.
- Be potentially in charge of developing training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English is a must.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting user needs and requirements.
- Strong motivation, responsiveness, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Having experience with digital training tools is a plus.
