Site Development Manager (Retail)

Our Partner seeks a driven and experienced Business Expansion Manager to spearhead our company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, with a focus on strategic expansion and leasing. They will be responsible for identifying potential areas for expansion, negotiating rental terms, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can lead a team to achieve ambitious expansion goals while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.


  • Plan, identify, survey, evaluate, and propose potential areas for business expansion.
  • Negotiate rental and tenancy terms, analyzing and advising on legal risks.
  • Attend store opening activities, corporate events, and appointments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the Business Expansion team to achieve set KPIs for store expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external SOPs and policies.


  • Degree in retail/property management, real estate, or business equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in retail management, with key exposure to retail leasing and strategic expansion.
  • Extensive network with developers, landlords, retail property owners, local councils, and custom officers.
  • Systematic, organized, and independent work style.
  • Good understanding of laws, rules, and regulations related to the retail fashion industry.
  • Proficient in English (must)
