🔹 Minh Huynh – Founder, PeopleWise Vietnam
With over 18 years of professional experience, including roles as an HR Director, and extensive expertise in HR consulting, organizational development, staffing management, and talent acquisition solutions, Minh brings deep insight into HR strategy and organizational effectiveness. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized by prestigious organizations. Minh is deeply committed to PeopleWise’s mission of improving workforce quality and effectiveness by delivering customized, high-impact, and cost-efficient HR solutions that drive client success.
🔹Tham Nguyen – Manager, Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Solutions
Tham brings more than 18 years of experience in Recruitment and Executive Search, having worked with leading organizations such as Talentnet Corporation, Navigos Search, and CareerBuilder Vietnam. With strong expertise in the Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Nutrition and Manufacturing sectors, she will focus on developing team capabilities, strengthening internal systems and processes, and enhancing client and candidate experiences through best practices drawn from top consulting firms.
🔹 Thanh Nguyen (Louis) – Manager, Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Solutions
With almost 10 years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment Services, Thanh will work closely with the leadership team to shape strategic direction and develop new talent acquisition solutions. His focus will be on creating added value for clients and partners while supporting the long-term growth of Executive Search Services by delivering innovative and customized recruitment solutions to our strategic partners.
🔹 Trung Huynh – Chief Technology Officer
With over 18 years of experience in IT leadership roles at multinational corporations such as Bosch, Unilever, DHL, and Persol Vietnam (formerly First Alliances), Trung plays a key role in leading PeopleWise’s Technology and Operations teams. He drives system development, technology adoption, and HR service digitization to enhance the customer experience, while also developing new digital platforms PeopleHays.com, which connects employers with the right talent.
