Sales Manager

Our strategic partner is a subsidiary of a leading multinational group specializing in manufacturing rigid plastic packaging.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and build a capable sales team.
• Organize and direct sales activities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Manage the customer order process and resolve client inquiries or issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new client projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Maintain accurate sales records and track customer payments to ensure timely collections.
• Oversee the progress of new projects, from initial design through to completion.
• Conduct market research through client meetings and industry analysis to gather business intelligence.
• Determine product pricing, lead negotiations with customers, and manage the internal price approval process.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent diploma.
• At least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery, specifically injection and blow molding equipment.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and building professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and projects.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
