Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of medicals devices, renowned for producing tight-tolerance, precision medical components through cutting-edge extrusion and molding processes. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for QMS document control, including document implementation, distribution, retrieval, obsolescence, archiving and maintaining the QMS document master list, obsolete list, distribution list, training matrix etc.
- Responsible for reviewing contents of QMS documents to comply to QMS document requirements.
- Assist in conducting line audits to ensure operations and quality control adhere to the controlled WI/PWI/EWI and inspection criteria,
- Ensures timely completion of DHR records in compliance with GDP/data integrity requirements
- Conducts New Employee Induction training on QMS awareness and document and records control requirements
- Responsible for calibration activities, including measurement equipment numbering assignment, updating of calibration master list, liaising with calibration suppliers for measurement equipment calibration. Review and maintain calibration certificates, tracks equipment identification and calibration status and manage the updates of for reference or out of service equipment as well as equipment list update etc.
- Support internal audit, external audit, and customer audit, responsible for working with relevant department on document preparation and review of documents for audits.
- Supports quality department document (procedure, WI/EWI/PWI, forms) drafting, updating and review.
- Responsible for routine 5S checks and identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Any other duties as assigned on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Proficient in two languages: English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good at using computer (need to be able to use SharePoint, Microsoft teams, etc.)
- Must be meticulous, with good attention to details
- Good to have experience in QMS role in a medical device company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
