Our strategic partner is a Hong Kong-based multinational company specializing in electronics manufacturing. The company’s Vietnam factory currently employs 1.200 personnel, with ongoing expansion plan to reach a workforce of over 3.000.
Location: Vinh Phuc, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and monitor QE in developing PFMEA/MQCP/PCP/PQCP/OQCP, review and advise for setting up control points with monitoring, finalizing improvement actions with timelines
- Review and approve the daily analysis on in- process control data/information with actions provided by QE
- Ensure daily quality problems in production are properly addressed and followed with actions
- Lead QE to identify problem areas and drive for improvement based on quality data/information in production
- Follow up customer issues and solve quality problems daily
- Lead 8D team investigation for OQA/SI/customer complaint by reviewing/updating PFMEA/MQCP/PCP/PQCP/OQCP/WI and address root causes with actions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, science or business.
- Typically requires minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience including supervision.
- Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire to help others achieve their best.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
- Knowledge in Electronic Industry will be added advantages.
- Knowledge in International Acceptance Standard (IPC) will be added advantages.
