Our strategic partner is a leading multinational manufacturer of medicals devices, renowned for producing tight-tolerance, precision medical components through cutting-edge extrusion and molding processes. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate production capacity of the extrusion production line, optimize resources, improve production efficiency and assist production line to solve problem
- Formulate standard staff hours and headcount, improve operation methods and production line balance in a timely manner, improve production efficiency and reduce material loss.
- Analyse and establish the standardized operation process of the production line.
- Promote and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & WSH in Production.
- Set standard working hours and production capacity, monitor the production daily data, analyse abnormal working time, reducing waste and improve operation efficiency.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Asst. Production Manager.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree major in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics or Automation are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing (experience in medical industry is preferred). Able to carry out overtime and occasional rotation shift.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application. Has clear understanding of what is ISO system.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Candidate with outstanding experience but without Engineering degree will also be considered.
