Job Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in delivering customized development solutions
- Manage application maintenance and support services
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
- Prepare and manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Provide daily direction and project execution support
- Develop communication plans for stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates to clients.
Job Requirements
- Fluent Japanese communication skills
- Ability to read and write Kanji
- Capability to perform English ↔ Japanese translation
- Project estimation capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and lead multi-vendor teams
- Willingness to work shifts and assigned company locations
- JLPT N1–N3 certification preferred.
