Salesforce Developer

Our strategic partner is currently expanding its international workforce and is seeking qualified Japanese-speaking professionals from Vietnam for relocation opportunities in the Philippines, supporting regional operations and global business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 

• Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform
• Customize and enhance Salesforce CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages
• Develop system integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design activities
• Support testing, deployment, maintenance, and system enhancement processes
• Coordinate and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and international teams.

Job Requirements 

• Experience in Salesforce platform development
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning technologies
• Knowledge of CRM implementation and customization
• Strong Japanese bilingual communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage
• Experience working in Agile methodology environments is preferred
• Experience with enterprise application integration is preferred
• Fluent Japanese communication skills
• Ability to translate English ↔ Japanese
• Candidates with JLPT N1–N3 certification are preferred.
