Our strategic partner is a technology platform operating in the passenger transportation service sector, providing online booking solutions and facilitating connections between customers and service operators. The company is expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking to strengthen service quality and customer experience through key hires.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound hotline communications to support ticket booking activities and contribute to sales performance.
- Handle incoming customer calls related to ticket information, pricing details, and travel routes.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for incomplete bookings and potential customers.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings successfully.
- Promote additional services such as seat upgrades, flexible schedules, and related offerings.
- Maintain professional communication standards and ensure accurate system records.
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion performance targets.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve customer-related matters.
- Ensure CRM data and call history records are updated accurately.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer contact center operations.
- Good verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
- Basic English communication capability.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Experience in transportation, ticketing, or travel-related industries is an advantage.
