Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production management, quality control, project development activities, supply chain coordination, and safety management.
- Strengthen factory governance frameworks, establish operational systems and policies, and enhance overall management capability.
- Improve operational efficiency by optimizing equipment utilization and increasing workforce productivity.
- Lead the practical implementation of research and development initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
- Report directly to the Company President regarding operational performance and strategic progress.
Job Requirements
- Proven background in manufacturing operations within Japanese companies or experience working with Japanese stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical-related industries or relevant manufacturing sectors; experience in pharmaceuticals, coatings, adhesives, textile-related materials, leather materials, or consumer chemicals is advantageous.
- Candidates who can introduce or bring collaboration projects related to crystalline chemical materials will be given high priority consideration.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Chinese language ability is also acceptable.
