Structural Engineer

Our strategic partner is a multinational professional services company headquartered in Europe, providing design, engineering, architecture, planning, and consulting services across various areas of the built environment. The organization is currently expanding its presence in Vietnam through transportation, urban development, and real estate projects, aiming for long-term and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform structural design tasks for projects across multiple sectors.
• Prepare structural calculations in accordance with Eurocode and Vietnamese standards.
• Provide instructions and coordinate with drafting personnel to develop drawings using CAD or Revit.
• Lead and provide guidance to a small engineering team for candidates with more than 5 years of experience.
• Prepare technical reports and project-related documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and professional stakeholders with limited supervision for candidates with more than 5 years of experience.
• Coordinate technical work with architects and engineers from other disciplines.
• Support additional assigned duties when required.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering is required. Postgraduate qualification in geotechnical engineering is considered an advantage.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional practicing license is required for candidates with more than 5 years of experience.
• Strong English proficiency and effective communication skills are required.
• Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Rhino Inside or Grasshopper–Tekla Live Link is an advantage.
• Geotechnical expertise is an advantage, including understanding of relevant design standards and specialized software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Motivated to contribute to technically challenging projects.
