Our strategic partner is a leading wine wholesaler and retailer in Asia, currently expanding their operation in the Vietnam market.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving the overall sales target of the shop
- Responsible for handling transactions and purchases from corporate clients categorized under B2C accounts (private customers & corporate accounts)
- Growing active client’s database on a weekly and monthly basis as per management metrics directions
- Reactivate inactive client’s database providing winning sales offers and promoting fine wine culture
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new corporate clients
- Support and guide the shop staffs in achieving individual sales target and fostering professional growth
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to organize weekly and monthly wine tasting events, including conducting VIP, wine club member, and individual or group tastings
- Collaborate with corporate clients, Wine Club & MKT team regarding promotions
- Create a positive work environment for the wine shop team and all seasonal wine shop associates
- Provide leadership, direction and consultation to shop staffs
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional business activities
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of store facilities to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Manage & regularly renew Wine Bar menu by glass to grow attractiveness and shop revenue
- Manage and track inventory of wine, retail items, and general supplies
- Provide timely and accurate daily and monthly reports when required
- Pack shipments, organize delivery, and ensure accurate records on orders
- Organize B2C client and member wine tasting events
- Promote online, onsite and sales growth meeting sales targets
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in fine wine shop manager, or
- At least 5 years of work experience in high-end store/ shop management at supervisor or manager level, preferably in high end retail/hospitality
- Strong sales skills to corporate client
- Sales target achieving oriented manager
- Excellent skill set on planning, proposing and presentation
- Wine education, knowledge and/or qualification
- Ability to work in peak times, to adapt flexible schedules, floor presence, under pressure with calm and polite attitude
- Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing skills
- Must be comfortable hosting small and large groups for wine services
- Competent computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Detail oriented personalities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of activities
- Good English communication skills
