Job Responsibilities
- TPM/WCO Strategy: Formulate and execute a long-term plan for TPM/WCO that supports the company’s main objectives, with a focus on improving equipment performance and maintenance operations.
- Program Execution: Take a leading role in rolling out all TPM/WCO pillars and related improvement projects. This includes overseeing initiatives in autonomous and planned maintenance, focused improvement, early equipment management, and employee training.
- Performance Tracking: Set up key metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the TPM/WCO program. Review data to identify performance trends and areas that need improvement, then implement necessary adjustments.
- Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the budget for TPM/WCO activities, ensuring that funds and resources are used efficiently to support the program’s goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as maintenance, engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure TPM/WCO efforts are well-integrated across the organization. Keep all relevant parties informed to maintain support for the program.
- Lead Improvement Events: Organize and run Kaizen workshops and other training events to involve employees in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
- Root Cause Analysis: Apply lean manufacturing tools to investigate the fundamental causes of operational issues. Design and implement solutions to prevent these problems from happening again.
- Process Improvement: Look for opportunities to enhance existing processes by using Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 methods. Introduce digital tools to automate work, increase efficiency, lower costs, and improve product quality.
- New Technology Adoption: Guide the process of identifying, assessing, and implementing new Industry 4.0 technologies in the factory.
- Standardization: Create and manage standard work instructions and formal documentation to ensure all processes are consistent and improvements are maintained.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives connected to the implementation of lean practices. Help manage the transition smoothly and address any resistance from teams.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on the principles and tools of lean manufacturing. Provide coaching to help them apply these concepts in their daily work.
Job Requirements
- A university degree is required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Background in Mechatronics or Packaging is necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC programming, Power BI, LEAN, Six Sigma (SPC, DOE), and Minitab.
- Favoring applicants with strong IT capabilities, especially with the Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps), SQL, and .NET. The ideal candidate can build internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools to advance the factory’s digitalization.
