Our strategic partner is a Hong Kong-based multinational company specializing in electronics manufacturing. The company’s Vietnam factory currently employs 1.200 personnel, with ongoing expansion plan to reach a workforce of over 3.000.
Location: Vinh Phuc, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Plan monthly and weekly work; summarize and analyze the department’s work from the previous month; lead and supervise employees to complete goals and tasks. 月度和周工作计划，总结和分析上月部门工作情况，带领督促员工完成目标任务
- Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory counts (annual, monthly, or urgent needs); analyze reports on inventory surplus and shortage (annual/monthly). 负责组织仓库盘点工作（年度、月度或突发需求），盘盈盘亏报表分析（年度/月度）
- 7S management (employee discipline, cleanliness, area usage, signage, fire safety, etc.). 7S管理（员工纪律，清洁，区域使用，标识，消防安全等）
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance to subordinate warehouse staff. 对下属仓储人员的绩效考核、指导
- Manage PDAs, mobile computers, scanners, forklifts, and other equipment. PDA，移动电脑，扫描枪、叉车等设备管理
- Hold a comprehensive warehouse management meeting (every Monday). 仓库管理综合大会（每周一）
- Follow up on SSM, MES projects (including testing, implementation and issue tracking, employee training). SSM、MES项目跟进（包括测试，问题跟进实施，培训员工)
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in the 4 skills of Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). 中文四项技能
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position. 至少三年相应职位的工作经验
