Talent Sourcing Assistant (Internship) – Chinese Speaking

As a Talent Assistant at PeopleWise Vietnam, your primary responsibility will be expanding our candidate database, searching and screening profiles, approach potential talents, assisting talents during interview process in order to enhance candidates and clients’ experience with PeopleWise’s services, help our clients to recruit the right candidate for the right position.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Marketing:

  • Candidate sourcing: Search for candidates on job boards, social media, and other talent acquisition platforms; approach and promote job openings to potential candidates.
  • Advertise job opportunities on social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract suitable talent for each role.
  • Present job openings to potential candidates, sharing client insights, job descriptions, and key selling points to engage the right talent.
  • Assist with interview arrangements and support candidates throughout the interview process with PeopleWise Vietnam and clients.
  • Network by attending industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings to expand your connections and generate leads.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for PeopleWise by representing the company’s values and identity through words and actions, both online and offline.
  • Support consultants in formatting shortlisted candidate profiles according to PeopleWise’s template, ensuring the profiles are professional and contain sufficient information on qualifications and competencies.
  • Approach potential candidates through emailing and phone screening.
  • Perform other tasks such as document translation or duties assigned by the leader

Internal Teamwork:

  • Tracking Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and recruitment process. Make the weekly reports to leaders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Actively engage in self-development, eagerly anticipating scheduled training programs.
  • Take responsibility for applying acquired knowledge in my work and consistently strive to perform my role effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HR services industry, especially Executive Search, is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability in managing contacts and CVs, building databases, scheduling interviews, and preparing necessary documents and reports.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken Chinese and effective communication in English.
  • Communication Skills: Able to clearly explain job roles, requirements, and expectations; experienced in candidate screening, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks.
