Social & Brand Manager

Our strategic partner is a leading creative corporation specializing in design and production for top brands and artists in Vietnam. The organization is building and operating a comprehensive ecosystem to support sustainable growth, organizational expansion, and long-term business performance.

Job Responsibilities 

• Take a strategic role in developing and managing brand direction and social media activities.
• Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning aligned with business objectives.
• Build and expand the entire social media ecosystem across channels.
• Plan and implement brand campaigns, communication initiatives, and content activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media partners and relevant stakeholders.
• Set up social media KPIs.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and optimize effectiveness.
• Build and develop the team including Content and Media functions.

Job Requirements 

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in: Brand Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, PR / Communication.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a management or team lead role.
• Experience in building or repositioning brands for: businesses, products, and service ecosystems.
• Proven track record of building and developing large-scale, multi-platform social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website).
• Experience in executing: Brand campaigns, Social campaigns, PR campaigns, Product / Service launches.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in: Marketing / branding agencies, E-commerce / digital platforms, Startup / scale-up environments.
