Senior Sales Specialist (Plastic Additives)

Our strategic partner is a leading Singaporean multinational that operates in over 54 countries. The company’s core business is in the FMCG and chemical sectors, among others.

Location: Hanoi & Northern Region, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales and promotional activities for current products within the Plastics and Rubber sectors. Handle client inquiries, provide price estimates, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve defined sales goals and performance metrics.
• Present new product lines to clients to encourage bundled purchases and strengthen the overall business division.
• Conduct regular client visits to build strong connections and gather insights on market trends.
• Prepare necessary reports and complete other miscellaneous duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, International Trade, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in sales or manufacturing within the chemical trading industry.
• Strong selling abilities combined with technical understanding of how various materials are applied in the plastics sector.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Competent in communication, negotiating deals, and resolving issues effectively.
• Skilled in creating reports and presentations, with a focus on achieving results.
