Senior Sales Specialist (Fertilizer)

Our strategic partner is a leading Singaporean multinational that operates in over 54 countries. The company’s core business is in the FMCG and chemical sectors, among others.

Location: Lang Son & Quang Ninh, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Fertilizer Market Development:

  • Develop implementation plans in accordance with established sales targets.
  • Propose timely solutions to superiors when work-related issues arise.
  • Monitor market information in the provinces and update promptly to make appropriate business proposals.
  • Increase sales volume and opportunities by closely monitoring the needs of existing customers and developing the customer network.
  • Regularly update superiors with accurate market intelligence and formulate market development plans.
  • Execute workshops and promotional programs organized by the company in the assigned territory.

Market Expansion and Product Diversification:

  • Survey and research the demand for existing products among new customers and new markets. Actively monitor and boost demand for company products among these clients.
  • Monitor competitor sales activities and support policies to propose suitable schemes for the company’s products.
  • Research new and potential future products, and make proposals to the HOD (Head of Department) to diversify the product portfolio and boost sales volume.

Enhancing Product Brand Awareness:

  • Implement seasonal marketing activities to enhance product brand awareness among consumers.
  • Collaborate with Tier-2 agents/dealers and farmers to gather data regarding seasons and crop yields when using company products; compare results with competitors to enhance the reputation of product quality in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma (Full-time) in Agriculture.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fields of Fertilizer, Plant Protection Products (Pesticides), Seeds, or Animal Feed.
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in the Fertilizer sector.
  • Knowledge of fertilizer products.
  • Knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
