Our strategic partner is an international company operating in the field of medical testing, disease diagnostics, and healthcare services, serving individual customers as well as healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term business plans aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Analyze financial data including revenue, cost structures, and operational KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of plan implementation and prepare periodic performance reports for management.
- Support budget preparation and track expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and ensure alignment in planning activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Propose improvements to planning and reporting processes.
- Identify and report risks or issues that may impact planning activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Skills in planning, reporting, analysis, and proficiency in MS Office.
- 2–3 years of experience in planning, finance, or data analysis.
- Organized working style with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with strong collaboration ability.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong focus and adaptability.
- Experience working in a Korean company is preferred.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
