Senior Marketing Specialist

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to Account Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Gather and compile relevant marketing information from various sources to support marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market analyses and data analyses to identify trends, opportunities and insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to develop creative briefs, contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring effective communication and strong working relationships.
• Manage campaign budgets, track expenses and handle client invoicing.
• Develop client reports, schedule and attend meetings, and effectively communicate campaign progress and results.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Business-level English language proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research or a similar role within the advertising industry or a marketing agency.
• Solid understanding of core marketing principles and their application to business objectives.
