Senior HR Generalist

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit personal income tax declarations for employees.
  • Manage social insurance and health insurance procedures for employees, ensuring all benefits are administered effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including employment contracts and other pertinent documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee records.
  • Handle work permit and residence card applications for foreign employees, facilitating smooth integration into the workforce.
  • Manage business license applications to ensure legal compliance for operations.
  • Perform various HR-related tasks as assigned by management, supporting organizational needs and objectives.
  • Proactively engage with teams to uphold company culture and propose initiatives to improve the work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for operational needs.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, including internet providers, telephone services, building management, stationery suppliers, and photocopy services.
  • Maintain and oversee office systems, ensuring security protocols are adhered to and systems are operational.
  • Manage company assets, including equipment and accounts, to support operational efficiency.
  • Plan and organize company events to foster team spirit and enhance employee engagement.
  • Administer and manage the company’s social media pages to maintain online presence and promote corporate initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with specific knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, particularly in payroll and immigration procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
