Senior Brand Manager

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the strategic direction for a designated brand portfolio, ensuring full integration with the company’s evolving business objectives (short, medium, and long-term) across key metrics: sales volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Establishes strategic direction and market positioning for current and new brands/products. Identifies and pursues new business opportunities (new product launches, existing brand growth) to support Marketing’s strategic goals.
  • Creates plans, defines KPIs, allocates resources, builds processes, provides mentorship/training, and executes strategic initiatives to achieve company goals (short, medium, and long-term) for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Leads all market research for each brand. Develops deep understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends to guide product strategy and support Marketing’s strategic objectives.
  • Manages planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of 360-degree marketing campaigns (events, advertising, ATL/BTL activations). Enhances consumer engagement, expands market share, and achieves corporate targets. Identifies improvements, addresses weaknesses, and ensures optimal budget allocation within spending limits (DMEC/Net Sales) to maximize brand ROI.
  • Formulates roadmaps, identifies goals, assigns assets, generates workflows, offers leadership/training, and executes tactical drives across various timeframes to meet organizational ambitions for the product set.

Job Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Possesses 9+ years of marketing experience, managing FMCG brands (ideally beverage). Includes 3+ years overseeing multiple brands across categories in a large organization.
  • Demonstrates expertise formulating long-term, mid-term, and short-term marketing strategies (4Ps) and orchestrating business for multiple brands in diverse categories.
  • Has extensive experience crafting multi-brand strategies, from planning to executing 360-degree campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH, Activations). Deeply understands the IMC process.
  • Oversees creative development and production of TV commercials with international agencies, understanding roles (Account Management, Creative Director, Planner, Production House). Has experience with at least 8.
  • Manages budgets for at least 3 brands across 3 categories (2 with limited budgets, 1 with top-ten market share budget).
  • Possesses a proven history of achieving brand outcomes (market share, brand health) and strong sales (5+ years), with cumulative brand sales of 4,000 billion VND/year (or equivalent).
  • Has experience in launching new products and contributing to company business plans.
  • Collaborates effectively with various departments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
