Job Responsibilities
HCP Marketing:
- Manage the localization of marketing assets, ensuring global materials are accurately translated into Vietnamese for local use.
- Create and distribute a sales toolkit, including promotional aids and campaign materials, for the sales force to use when engaging with specialists (endocrinologists, diabetologists) and nurse educators.
- Coordinate the company’s presence at local and international medical forums and conferences to increase visibility of the sensing product line.
- Lead the internal team’s understanding of the therapeutic landscape. Conduct rigorous product and medical training for the sales force to ensure high standards of knowledge across the portfolio.
- Build a yearly medical education and marketing roadmap that supports the broader business strategy.
- Serve as the primary internal consultant for the sales and marketing teams regarding medical and product technicalities.
- Establish a feedback system from the field to guide the creation of future marketing materials and identify training gaps.
- Organize quarterly testing and refresher sessions to ensure the sales team maintains up-to-date product knowledge.
Consumer Marketing:
- Develop and gain approval for a consumer marketing strategy designed to meet local business targets.
- Integrate global market research into local plans and commission new research to fill any data gaps.
- Localize global creative content and best practices for use across various consumer engagement channels.
- Map out and update the full customer journey, identifying critical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with local advertising agencies to create efficient media buying and channel strategies.
- Increase local e-commerce performance by working with digital partners and developing CRM initiatives.
- Implement O2O marketing campaigns in Vietnam, following regional and global guidelines.
Other:
- Apply segmentation strategies to effectively target hospitals and consumers with tailored messaging.
- Oversee a performance framework to track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Create quarterly marketing reports to align progress with the company’s financial planning cycles.
- Utilize global and regional planning tools to manage channel strategies effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or Marketing Management degree is considered a plus.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Experience in OTC, Medical Devices, or FMCG is preferred. Specific background in clinical settings, diabetes care, or insulin products is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in consumer or medical marketing within a multinational company.
- Proven experience with the Vietnamese e-commerce landscape is highly desired.
- Strong presentation and verbal communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player, self-driven, organized, and proactive in solving problems.
- Fluent in English and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
