Job Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with approved budgets.
- Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage finished goods inventory within approved limits.
- Support sales management in customer outreach and market development initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the packaging industries.
- Hands-on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
- Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
- Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
