Sales Manager

Our strategic partner is a foreign-invested enterprise and a subsidiary of a reputable international group from Asia. The company specializes in construction execution, operational solutions, and the provision of solutions and products related to pure water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for industrial sectors.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet assigned targets and broaden the customer portfolio.
  • Establish, develop, and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Analyze market landscapes and industry trends by category, and report factors influencing budget allocation and account strategy adjustments.
  • Manage and lead the sales engineering team to achieve defined sales objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance team members’ sales capabilities and product understanding.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor key account performance indicators, including quarterly results and annual projections.
  • Deliver reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and practical forecasts to management.
  • Identify potential new markets and market changes, while staying informed of new products and competitor activities.
  • Continuously update professional and technical expertise through training programs, professional publications, networking, and participation in professional associations.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working within companies operating in the water treatment field.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience in sales and technical proposal work for B2B (private businesses)
  • Experience in planning, proposals and sales.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel for business purposes.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Age ranges from 35 to 45 years old.
