Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging solutions, currently expanding its business in Vietnam market. We are seeking Senior Sales Management professionals/Head of Sales to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and account targets in line with approved budgets.
- Maintain regular engagement with key customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from order receipt to delivery, and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales activities and projects.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable for assigned customers.
- Manage finished goods inventory to maintain stock within approved levels.
- Develop the implementation of customer outreach initiatives and market development plans.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with department and functional leaders.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their development goals aligned with company objectives.
- Drive team performance to meet targets for efficiency, quality, and customer service.
- Oversee staff performance, including attendance, discipline, training, and recognition.
- Coach, motivate, and engage employees to perform at their highest potential.
- Promote a positive team culture, engagement, and continuous professional growth.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within the packaging industry.
- Hands-on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
- Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
- Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
