Sales Manager

Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, currently expanding its business in Vietnam market. We are seeking (Senior) Sales Management professionals to drive and support business growth.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customer partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Deliver assigned sales revenue and account targets in line with approved budgets.
  • Maintain regular contact with allocated customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related projects.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable for assigned customers.
  • Control finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels remain within approved limits.
  • Work with sales leadership to implement customer outreach activities and market development plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads and functional leaders to promote effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Support team members in achieving their development objectives in alignment with company goals.
  • Drive team performance to meet defined targets for efficiency, quality, and customer service.
  • Manage staff performance, including attendance, discipline, training requirements, and recognition.
  • Coach, motivate, and encourage employees to perform at their best.
  • Build team engagement, morale, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to departmental activities and meetings.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within the packaging
  • Hands-on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
  • Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
