Sales Manager

Our strategic partner is a subsidiary of a leading multinational company in the electronics manufacturing industry, specializing in camera drone technology.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Develop Sales Goals and Strategies:

  • Develop market development strategies and sales plans for agricultural drones and related equipment.
  • Define sales targets and execute plans to achieve them.

Manage and Lead the Sales Team:

  • Manage the sales team, ensuring team members have a thorough understanding of the products and possess strong sales skills.
  • Lead the team to approach customers, drive sales, and complete sales plans.

Maintain Customer Relationships:

  • Expand the customer network and maintain relationships with customers, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives and relevant business partners.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service and technical support.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Monitor trends in the agricultural drone sector and the activities of competitors.
  • Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and other factors.

Collaborate with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop effective communication strategies for the products.
  • Coordinate with the Technical department to provide technical and product support to customers.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferring candidates with experience in technology, agricultural equipment or drone industries.
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural product techniques and a deep understanding of the agricultural market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with customers and partners in the agricultural industry.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to plan and assign tasks to the sales team.
  • Ability to research and analyze the market to develop appropriate business strategies.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Creative thinking, ability to work under pressure and high work motivation.
  • Willingness to travel for business, visit agricultural production areas, interact with customers and build sustainable relationships with them.
