Sales Executive

Our strategic partner is a subsidiary of a leading multinational group specializing in manufacturing rigid plastic packaging.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve set targets for sales volume and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and product reach.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Act as the liaison between the customer and internal departments for new project development, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Track the progress of both new and ongoing projects.
• Gather and analyze information on market trends and competitor activities.
• Manage pricing for clients, including conducting negotiations and keeping price lists current.
• Maintain accurate sales records and track customer payment statuses.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant Diploma.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and building professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills for managing client accounts and projects.
• Good command of the English language for business communication.
