Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company specializing in manufacturing electronics and connectors used in data transmission systems. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily assembly operations to ensure production performance targets related to productivity, efficiency, and output are achieved.
- Oversee execution of production plans to ensure delivery timelines are aligned with the overall factory schedule.
- Track and enhance operational indicators including production volume, processing cycle time, defect levels, and production stoppage reduction.
- Arrange workforce deployment based on individual capability and apply line optimization methods to improve labor efficiency.
- Lead and supervise teams through performance evaluation, on-the-job guidance, skills development, and motivation activities.
- Handle manpower-related issues occurring during production shifts such as workforce shortages, underperformance, or disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate closely with quality, engineering, and planning functions to maintain product conformity and delivery commitments.
- Review daily and weekly production reports prepared by line leaders and propose improvement actions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Hold a college or university qualification in Technical, Industrial Operations, Electronics or equivalent fields.
- Possess effective verbal communication skills in Chinese to work directly with overseas technical specialists.
- English communication capability is considered an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of production flow management, workforce balancing, workplace organization practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exhibit strong people management capability with the ability to guide, motivate and supervise a sizable production team.
- Be proficient in Office productivity software for reporting and basic data analysis purposes.
- Show high accountability, resilience under operational pressure, and a proactive learning mindset.
