Our strategic partner is a professional manufacturer of international products such as shoe soles, sandals, sports equipment and more. The company is currently expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is looking to recruit personnel for several key positions.
Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Planning & Strategy: Develop product strategies, create detailed production plans, allocate human resources, manage budgets and optimize processes.
- Coordination & Supervision: Closely monitor production progress, coordinate activities between workshops, and ensure production meets quantity, quality and timeline requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet standards, manage input and output quality, resolve arising issues.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage suppliers, materials, raw materials, inventory, distribution.
- Personnel & Environment Management: Build corporate culture, establish regulations for rewards/discipline, ensure occupational safety.
- Product Development: Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, R&D) to improve products, launch new products, participate in promotional activities and events.
- Reporting & Optimization: Report production status to upper management and propose continuous improvement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Male, College or University degree
- Fluent in Chinese
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in a similar position, footwear industry preferred
- Proficient in computers and related software
