Job Responsibilities
- Grow brand recognition, expand market presence, and increase market share for the Primary Care & Analgesia (PCA) product line across various channels.
- Analyze the brand’s current market standing and develop a unique and competitive brand positioning.
- Create and execute the brand strategy, managing marketing campaigns to ensure products align with customer expectations and build brand trust.
- Adapt global marketing materials for the local Vietnamese market.
- Carry out both ATL and BTL marketing activities and assess their impact for future improvements.
- Coordinate brand-related events, including product introductions, exhibitions, and promotional activities within hospitals and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain a marketing content schedule for the PCA product portfolio.
- Track and present the results and performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the PCA portfolio.
- Establish partnerships with professional associations to reinforce the brand’s differentiation and market position.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create solid and effective marketing plans.
- Assess and recommend new product or SKU launches to meet customer demands and drive portfolio growth.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is required.
- A combined educational background in Marketing/Economics and a Health Science field is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience creating and implementing strategies focused on customers in the hospital channel.
- While preferring at least 2 years in a similar role, promising applicants with less experience, such as Junior Product Managers or Product Executives, who show strong potential will also be considered.
- A track record of developing and running complete marketing strategies for both ETC and OTC pharmaceutical products.
- A solid understanding of the customer journey and the ability to use customer insights to create effective campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities, with an emphasis on using data to make decisions.
- Direct experience running ATL and BTL campaigns in both hospital and pharmacy settings.
- The ability to recognize and forecast consumer trends to keep the brand competitive.
- Experience with user trend analysis to inform and guide marketing strategies.
- A demonstrated capacity for generating creative and effective marketing ideas that increase brand awareness and sales.
- An interest in keeping current with the latest marketing trends and technologies is a plus.
- Excellent skills in communication and working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative individual with a positive attitude who works well in a team environment.
- An openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, such as sales targets and market share growth.
