Printing Operator

Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, currently expanding its business in the Vietnamese market. We are seeking a critical role to support manufacturing operations for new established production line.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery and supporting equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all equipment is complete, functional, and ready for operation before starting the shift.
• Maintain tools and instruments in good working condition to support efficient machine operation.
• Inspect and prepare raw materials prior to production.
• Verify materials against specification forms and bills of materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy.
• Check and confirm information on identification labels, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and reported in a timely manner.
• Organize raw materials, semi-finished goods, tools, and instruments according to the approved layout.
• Ensure items are stored in designated areas at all times and comply with 5S standards.
• Perform cleaning of machinery, equipment, and workshop areas in line with Waste Collection and Transportation Guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
• Strictly comply with company policies, internal rules, and regulations.
• Follow occupational health and safety standards, as well as fire prevention and control regulations.

Job Requirements

• Experience operating printing machines is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Honest, hardworking, and disciplined, with a strong focus on safety and 5S standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with others.
