Our strategic partner belongs to an international retailer headquartered in Europe, specializing in interior and exterior furniture. They are currently expanding their business operations in Vietnam and are seeking to fill key positions for this new market.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire sales order cycle, from initial entry to final confirmation, ensuring accuracy and consistent customer updates.
- Liaise with internal departments such as production, purchasing, quality assurance, and the warehouse to meet order deadlines and product specifications.
- Oversee all aspects of export shipments, including preparing necessary documents, booking shipping containers, and working with freight forwarders to manage customs clearance.
- Serve as the point of contact for customs officials, trade agencies, and other authorities to guarantee all exports meet regulatory requirements.
- Direct the import of necessary materials and equipment, which includes coordinating with suppliers, verifying HS codes, and managing customs entry.
- Manage specific customs procedures, including non-EPE imports, ECUS BOM processing, and preparing documents for CO applications.
- Proactively identify and address any operational problems or delays in the import/export chain to prevent impacts on production and delivery schedules.
- Guarantee that all shipping and receiving activities are in full compliance with both Vietnamese law and international trade agreements.
- Keep open and active lines of communication with customs departments and other government regulatory groups.
- Develop and sustain effective partnerships with logistics vendors, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers.
- Direct the Sales & Order team by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Engage directly with customers using both spoken and written English to provide updates on order progress, delivery schedules, and to resolve any inquiries.
- Regularly review and enhance internal workflows and SOPs for order processing and shipping to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Generate and present periodic reports covering order fulfillment rates, shipping performance, and customs processing times. Track team KPIs to inform business strategy.
- Oversee the accurate and prompt input of order and shipping information into the company’s ERP or tracking software. Contribute to the digitalization of department processes.
- Work closely with other key departments like Production, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality Control to facilitate a seamless workflow and manage potential risks.
Job Requirements
- University degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment focused on exports, including a minimum of three years in a management or team lead position.
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnam’s import/export laws, customs procedures, and regulations related to Non-EPE operations.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, effective communication, and practical problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of ECUS systems, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and CO documentation is strongly preferred.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP or Oracle) is highly beneficial.
- A proven ability to execute plans effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to gather, structure, and interpret data to identify operational issues.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- A high level of professional responsibility with a focus on process efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Capable of managing and responding to urgent or unforeseen challenges.
