Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for key hospital accounts in alignment with the company’s core strengths and account priorities.
- Identify business opportunities and market access initiatives; guide the Key Account Management team in territory management, including tender expansion, nutrition protocol development, KOL engagement, and access initiatives to support business growth.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at major hospitals; co-create partnership programs based on shared strategic objectives.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective execution of key account programs in line with overall business strategy.
- Lead and coach the Key Account Management team to effectively communicate and educate stakeholders, enhancing understanding and recognition of the nutrition portfolio.
- Ensure delivery of defined access objectives and key account goals, driving performance and achievement of business targets.
- Promote disease awareness initiatives and support patient loyalty and adherence at account level; participate in relevant policy-related activities when appropriate.
- Centralize and manage key account and tender activities; develop comprehensive account plans and monitor execution progress as the main liaison between the company and key accounts.
- Collaborate with the field force to ensure end-to-end execution of programs and achievement of agreed objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring to enhance the proactiveness, effectiveness, and overall capability of the Key Account Management team.
- Guide Key Account Managers in building weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans based on sales performance analysis; identify account-specific needs and coordinate with management to achieve sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
- At least 3–4 years of people management experience.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management and development of key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to drive performance and meet business targets.
- University degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or related healthcare disciplines.
