Our strategic partner belongs to an international retailer headquartered in Europe, specializing in interior and exterior furniture. They are currently expanding their business operations in Vietnam and are seeking to fill key positions for this new market.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, introduction, and full implementation of the Lean Manufacturing System at factory level to improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as 6S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standardized Work, SMED, and Pull Production.
- Identify production bottlenecks and waste through data analysis and on-site diagnostics, then develop and execute improvement plans.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Work-In-Process (WIP) inventory, and production cycle time, and regularly report improvement results.
- Define, optimize, and supervise full-process technical standards for solid-wood furniture, metal products, and upholstery manufacturing processes.
- Provide hands-on technical support and on-site training to promptly resolve technical and process issues during production.
- Lead the evaluation, pilot testing, and implementation of new materials, processes, and equipment to enhance technical competitiveness.
- Improve labor productivity and equipment efficiency through process optimization, production line balancing, and equipment modification.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives focusing on material utilization, energy consumption, and scrap rate control.
- Conduct feasibility studies for automation and semi-automation projects to support the transition toward smart manufacturing.
- Develop Lean awareness and technical capability within production teams through structured training and skill development activities.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure effective cross-functional execution of technical improvement projects.
- Support the development of skill assessment standards for production employees to enhance overall workforce capability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design and Manufacturing, Wood Science and Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation or process technical management roles.
- Strong understanding of production processes, material characteristics, and quality standards for solid-wood furniture and upholstery products.
- Hands-on experience in full Lean Manufacturing system implementation is preferred.
- Fluent in English communication, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
